The questions we are asked most often
Venus Intelligence provides AI-Ready Data and Forward-Deployed Engineering. These answers cover what we do, what we offer, how projects are accepted and how to start.
01What does Venus Intelligence do?
Venus Intelligence (九鑫智能) is an AI-Ready Data and Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE) company. For enterprise and public-sector clients, it refines fragmented, heterogeneous raw data into high-quality data assets that large models can use directly, then places engineers on site with the client to build the AI application together and keep working until it is in daily use.
02What is AI-Ready Data?
AI-Ready Data is structured, traceable domain data and knowledge that a large model can consume directly. Enterprise data is usually scattered across business systems, documents, spreadsheets and unwritten conventions; fed to a model as is, it produces hallucinations and answers nobody can stand behind. Venus Intelligence refines it through a compliant data pipeline (Raw / Clean / Curated layering with versioned rules) and a dual-axis knowledge graph.
03What is Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE), and how is it different from software delivery or consulting?
FDE places engineers inside the client's operation and proceeds in four steps: co-defined standards, staged deployment, side-by-side coaching and staged acceptance. Unlike tool vendors, we do not leave the client to fill in context and skills; unlike consultancies billing by the day, we deliver three assets that grow together (context, harness, skills) and fold the reusable part back into the framework.
04What products does Venus Intelligence offer?
The GoGlobal platform for companies going global, with three service lines: GoGlobal (lead intelligence), Brand Presence in AI (Generative Engine Optimization, GEO) and Consumer Replica (ACR, simulated research); AI Maker Box, a private edge AI appliance in Mini, Pro and Enterprise tiers; and the Industry Knowledge Graph (GraphRAG).
05How much data does GoGlobal cover?
More than 800 million business entities across 200+ countries and regions, plus a curated set of 3M+ high-quality trade records. Multilingual entity alignment resolves the same company across languages and sources.
06What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and how does Venus Intelligence approach it?
GEO addresses the perception gaps, outdated information and negative hallucinations that major large language models hold about a company. Our Brand Presence in AI service runs a closed loop: monitor how major global LLMs describe the brand, diagnose the sources of errors, build structured knowledge and multilingual content to correct them, publish across channels, then return to monitoring.
07What is Consumer Replica (ACR), and where are its limits?
ACR (AI Consumer Replica) is a large-model-driven panel of simulated consumers configured with demographic and psychographic profiles, used for virtual focus groups, concept testing, ad pre-testing and segmentation validation. A replica does not correspond to any real, identifiable person; it represents a consumer segment, and the test is whether panel behaviour follows market regularities. The methodology has been validated by published research from Microsoft and Harvard Business School.
08What is AI Maker Box, and which tiers are available?
AI Maker Box is a private edge AI appliance with local model inference, hybrid model routing, sandboxed execution and a security console. It sits in the client's server room, classroom or beside the production line. Three tiers: Mini (lightweight private deployment), Pro (workstation form factor) and Enterprise (enterprise appliance). Current hardware configurations are available on request.
09What problem does the Industry Knowledge Graph (GraphRAG) solve?
Answers that sound right but cannot explain why. Domain knowledge is split into a fact layer and a science layer, and reasoning follows a four-layer causal chain (element, target, mechanism, measurable endpoint) with evidence grades and citations, suppressing hallucination at the architecture level. A model-agnostic API means swapping models does not hurt capability.
10Which industries does Venus Intelligence serve?
Currently three: cross-border trade and going global, smart manufacturing and inspection, and education. In each we answer the same questions: what context accumulates, what the harness solves, what skills are extracted, and what the client actually gets.
11How are AI projects accepted? How do you tell real value from a demo?
Five metrics, checked at every stage: voluntary frontline adoption, a declining manual-review rate, marginal cost per task, whether anyone will sign off, and whether data flows back. If launch day is the peak, it was a demo; if it launches imperfect and is better three months later, that is real productivity.
12Does switching to a different large model affect what has already been built?
No. The capability hub uses hybrid model routing and a model-agnostic API; the harness and skill library accumulate independently of any specific model, and every skill has an evaluation set that upgrades must pass first.
13What credentials does Venus Intelligence hold?
ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications; the 2026 BEYOND Innovation Award; National High-Tech Enterprise status; peer-reviewed publications in Elsevier Information Sciences, VLDB 2025 Workshop and IEEE IVMSP 2026; and an algorithm filing with the Cyberspace Administration of China (网信算备440309441584901250013号).
14How do we start?
Start with one concrete scenario, not a product list. Bring three things to a first conversation: a scenario you want in production within three months, where its data lives and who owns it, and who has the authority to sign off on an agent's output. Email sales@9xin.ai.
Start with one concrete scenario, not a product list.
Tell us which scenario is still not in production: where the data lives, who uses it, and who signs off. One workshop gives you a verifiable path forward.
